My AMAZON review of Silence Of The Lambs
This book became famous because of the movie . The movie became famous because of Sir Anthony Hopkins brilliant acting . If it was'nt for him this book would not be look at as something special . Why ? There is nothing great about the story . Interviewing serial killers to get insights of cases was a well established practice by the FBI in the 1970s . The silliest thing about the story is that Dr Lecter was not using his intellect to deduce who the killer was - he was using his memory because he knew the killer ! What could be more unimaginative than that ?
